Returns & Refunds policy

We are a small family business so every order is important to us but mistakes can happen and if we made them, we make them right. We are able to provide refunds under the following circumstances:

Wrong Item Received

Did we pack the wrong item? Please snap a picture and once we confirm we will exchange the item. Please return the damaged product to the address below.

Damaged Item

Perhaps a bit of rough shipment. Please snap a picture and once we confirm we will exchange the item. Please return the damaged product to the address below.

Wrong Item Ordered

If you email us at orders@manlymushrooms.com.au as soon as you realise, we're happy to swap, update or cancel orders provided the item has not been sent.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, the goods must have beene purchased in the last 30 days. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any product that does not meet the above return condition at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery except where it is agreed by both parties.
